This trip I am really lucky to meet a lot of lovely people who help me a lot. Yesterday I stayed with Paolo and Francesca. Paolo is a friend of Jan who is my couch surfing friend in Brussels, Belgium. I stayed in a pleasant small town in Bassano, Italy. It is located in the middle of Italy near the Alps. They are so extremely friendly took me around the town for sightseeing. As I am a total stranger, they just open their arms invite me to Francesca’s mum bed and breakfast. I really like the feeling of the friendliness and it remind me of my hometown in Penang which is quite similar with the English European style architectures.
After had a breakfast today, I went to Venice for a five hours walk around it. Venice the city of love and romance is one of most wanted to go places for honeymoon. Seeing all the couples kissing holding their happiness on their hand, make me realize that I need to get one of my own too. But in other way, there is no one to tell me what to do I am free to go anywhere I like. May be this is also the privilege of single ship. Venice is like a big city of maze on the water. Everyone got lost in some point. May be is a challenge for the couple to get out of the maze in Venice. For me I enjoy to get myself lost after that use my own sense of direction guide me out of the trouble. I only managed to discover some part of Venice. May be the rest have to wait until my other half? Hahaha but honestly speaking the 2days one night stay in Italy is too short. I am sure I will come here again.
Life itself is like a long and endless travel experience The more you walk the more you gain the more you lost the more you grow

17/08 Bus to Bucharest
I am on my way back to Bucharest, the capital Romania. Feel sad to leave the camp because have to leave the second batch kids and the rest of the volunteers. Now I understand why one of the volunteer spends his summer here again and again. To the kids we are like a star from outer space. They admire us for a simple thing we did where rest in our part of the world no one cares about it. One of the kids even gave me a big hug and cried. If the same thing happen to me at home I am sure I going to stay. But with boarding time catching closer on my back, I should continue my journey to see more of the world. It is my honor to meet with a bunch of crazy volunteers and lovely kids like them. Looking out from the window of the minibus, I just see miles and miles of endless boundaries.

09 August ~Workcamp Valea Budului
It was like months without blogging. Unlike travelling alone, when enter to a community of people, I don’t really have much extra time to do thing my own personal things. Let me wrap up the things that I did last two weeks.
Since there was a float at the current place that we having a workcamp now which is in the middle of jungle Valae Budului, we have to go to a camp where it is under a huge damp. For the first two days we had a lot of fun working with kids. After that because of lack of cooperation from the teachers from the other batch kid who disable, we decided to go to Brasov. This is the first city in Romania, I enjoyed travelling there. The feeling was great when we were in Brasov bunch foreigners from different countries get along and gone crazy. Brasov and Sighisoara gave us the mid evil age feeling based on old the tales like Dracula and king’s castle.
After around 4days in Brasov, we had back to Bacau to continue the English workcamp we suppose to participate in. It was kind of shock cause the camp here isn’t like any camp that I go from previous experiences. Karaoke, disco, internet cafĂ© named it all they got it. The rich kids paid a lot of money to just to enjoy all of this in the middle of the forest. That’s why now most of us lost our passions as a volunteer and just goes with the flow do whatever we feel like doing. For me although I lost the sense of volunteering, I will keep on enjoying my last holiday in a different continent with a bunch of unfamiliar but close family members and try to understand the world better.
Someone will think that I lost my mind for not going to internship and come to mars syok sendiri but I am glad I made the decision to go to space to have a clear view of the world. “Live everyday like there is no tomorrow”

27/7 Mid-night train Budapest to Bucharest
Is great when the plan just going perfectly. Although at first when I missed the plan, I was pissed off by the Wizz air. I wanted to take back all the extra money they charge on the baggage, tickets, etc. The feel of Hungry is totally different from the west Europe from different prospective. Hungarian hardly speak any English, but that was a woman in her 50th she are really helpful when she guide me to the station by using sign language. In total they are fine, just that you can see from the street as well as the train station they are quite a lot of homeless people roaming around. It doesn’t give a pleasant feel to the tourists. Especially at the airport when one of the member of gai bang pee in front of the main gate where everyone waiting for the bus.
The second part is that the locals will always try to get what they can from foreigner. Though is still affordable but I have the feeling being cheated. This is the place where you have to be careful of your own properties and from cons. There is one interesting part of Budapest. The metro station are well built but the trains is like the 60s train. Can really feel that the third world pressure where the so called first world trying to sell everything they used to them.
I met this German girl who also travelling alone to Serbia. First year university student she took her mum legacy and her backpack travelling around Europe without any companion. She is really brave. We chat for almost 2 hours while waiting for the train to arrive. Listened to her advice I paid 20euros for a sofa which is much more better than a seat cause I have to sit on a train for 15 hours. It is empty so I can have my own privacy doing what I want and I am now writing this in the room. I feel safe bring out my gadgets watched a movie enjoying locked myself in the room. Hahaha till then….

26/7 Brussels Charleroi Airport, Belgium
Today was quite unlucky. I plan to wake up at 4.30 in the morning to catch my plane to Bucharest but my alarm gone crazy and it stop ringing I woke up at 6.30. Without much thinking, I packed up within minutes I said good bye to my couch surfing host and went out running to the station. Before I left he gave me a time schedule that I could have catch the train in time. From Halle to the Brussels main station was still okay. I only have around 5 minutes transfer time so when the door opened, without much thought I rush to platform 21 to my train. I thought I was so lucky the train was still there so I just hoop in the train as fast as I could.
I was late and couldn’t even catch my breath and the conductor ask me… where are you going?.. I just answered airport but he said to me this train is heading to Halle…. OMG…..the door closed n I am heading back to Halle~~total shit~~~ I had to take a train back to the main station, transfer then to the Charleroi station which took me 1 hour to reach. It was already 9 but I am still on the train. The gate closed in 5mins. I know I will be late, my head keeps on spinning around trying to think the way to apologize to the counter girl. Eventually when I reach here the counter was closed. I have to choose either to depart from here in 28th of July or change another flight. I chose to go to Budapest, Hungry. If I am lucky enough I will ride a 14 hours train tonight to Bucharest. The costs of missing my flight are devastating. It cost me an extra 120euros. I just hope by paying extra I can get there in time.
